Stravera Capital is a high-conviction, actively managed Bitcoin fund. We invest in public Bitcoin securities and options to outperform Bitcoin while reducing downside volatility. We rebalance exposure in anticipation of corrections, scale aggressively into momentum, and actively manage risk and position sizing. The result is compounding capital more effectively than passive Bitcoin holding with more operation flexibility than publicly traded bitcoin equities.

Dan is widely recognized as the options expert behind MSTR True North, the investment-grade Bitcoin podcast, where he leads analysis on Strategy’s options chain and Bitcoin-linked volatility structures. His proprietary trading tools and models, developed during graduate school, have earned recognition across Bitcoin investing communities and contributed to the formation of the True North brand. Dan has been investing in Bitcoin since 2021, with a focus on pricing volatility in Bitcoin securities and valuing Bitcoin-backed preferred equities. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.

Dan is a founder, investor, and operator with nearly two decades of experience across SaaS, digital strategy, and e-commerce. A committed Bitcoin investor since 2017, he previously operated a mining business and supports operations, partnerships, and infrastructure for True North. Dan has participated in select Series C and pre-IPO investment rounds and actively trades options. His largest holdings by capital allocation include Bitcoin, MSTR, MTPLF, and TSLA. He is also the co-founder of Find My Electric and Driven Coffee Roasters (exited 2024), and serves on the leadership board at Dotcom-Monitor.
